Applications for AP-EAPCET-2026 (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test) are going and shall close on 26 Mar 2026 (7 March without late)

AP-EAPCET is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU, Kakinada, AP) on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). This Examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered in the University/Private Colleges in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Test date clash: Please note that test dates window of AP-EAPCET 2026 (12 – 20 May) clashes/overlaps test dates of JEE-Adv (17 May) and GGSIPU (25 Apr – 17 May). Hence caution must be exercised in test date/slot booking wherever such facility is provided.

Course(s) offered: Courses are classified in 2 categories namely (a) Engineering Stream and (b) Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream

Engineering Stream courses are

(i) Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech.(Agr.Engg.), B.Tech. (Food Science and Technology)

(ii) B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort) / B.V.Sc. & A.H / B.F.Sc

(iii) B. Pharmacy, Pharma. D.

Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream courses are

(i) B.Sc.(Ag.) / B.Sc.(Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & AH / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FST) / B.Sc. (CA&BM)

(ii) B.Pharm / B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) (Bi.P.C.) &

(iii) Pharm-D (Bi.P.C)

Key dates

Last date to apply (without late fee): 7 Mar 2026

Date of exam: 12-20 May 2026

Nationality : Candidates should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.

Domicile: Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh. The candidates should satisfy Local / Non Local status requirements as per the Govt of Andhra Pradesh Orders for 2026-27.

Criteria for ranking : candidates who have secured qualifying marks in AP-EAPCET and candidates belonging to the category of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe, for whom qualifying marks have not been prescribed, shall be assigned ranking in the order of merit on the basis of combined score obtained by giving 75% weightage to marks secured in AP-EAPCET and 25% weightage to the marks secured in 10+2 in relevant group subjects.
